A look at the ancient grains and how to use them. Amaranth, buckwheat, oats and quinoa are just a few of the grains we will look at and use. The bran, endosperm and germ... what are they and why do we need to know about them? From sprouting, grinding and baking we will take a look at what grains can do for (or to) you. Hands on baking with a wood fired oven.
